As a Print-on-Demand (POD) business, every Modrip item is unique and made-to-order specifically for you once your purchase is complete. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

Damaged or Defective Products

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will happily provide a replacement or a full refund.

If your item is defective or damaged, please follow these steps:

Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide Proof: Email us at ayushforwork247@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Note: We cannot process a return, refund, or exchange for any reason other than a defect or damage confirmed by photographic evidence.

Yes, because Modrip products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on buyer's remorse, incorrect size ordered, or change of mind, as the item is custom-created specifically for you upon purchase.
