Modrip Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Modrip! Every item you purchase is made-to-order especially for you as soon as you place your order. This allows us to offer unique designs and reduce waste associated with mass production.
1. General Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our production, Modrip does not keep inventory and cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for non-defective items.
This includes:

Ordering the wrong size.

Disliking the color or material after receipt.

Buyer's remorse.
Please consult the size charts available on each product page and review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
We are committed to quality and will make it right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size or design sent):

Contact Us Immediately: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Contact our support team by replying to your order confirmation email or using the contact form on our website.

Provide Evidence: You must include your Order Number and clear photos and videos of the defect, damage, or the incorrect item you received. This step is mandatory for us to process a replacement with our production partner.

Replacement Only: If your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the identical item to be shipped to you at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds unless a replacement is no longer possible (e.g., the item is completely out of stock).
Please do not send the item back to us or the production facility unless specifically instructed by our support team.
3. Order Cancellations and Changes
Because your order enters production very quickly, we have a very limited window to make changes or cancellations.

You may request a cancellation or change (e.g., size or shipping address) within 1 hour of placing your order.

After this 1-hour window, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations as the item may already be in the printing process.
4. Shipping Issues (Lost Packages)
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Check with your neighbors or apartment office.

Contact your local post office or the delivery carrier directly.
Modrip is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, we will work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement.
